3)      REO (Bank Owned) Properties - Through our network of brokers and asset managers we can often offer our clients access to deeply discounted properties before they hit the MLS and fall prey to “multiple offers”.

Cash Flow – Some of our clients have a longer term investment strategy of buying and holding residential or commercial property.  This current market cycle offers investors looking for income some attractive options for producing a consistent income stream.
