The Bottom Line – It was another stable and consistent week for Rancho Santa Fe CA homes for sale as new escrow activity remained at 6 homes, with little change in the inventory level or market times for current Rancho Santa Fe homes for sale. With the volatility in the general San Diego real estate market, the stability of the Rancho Santa Fe real estate market is something to be recognized. Make no mistake, there are still challenges at the higher end price range, but the levels of Rancho Santa Fe foreclosures and short sales are much lower than the overall market.
